Each board member brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and passion for transparent governance. Andrea Ngombet – Executive President
Founder & Executive Director, Sassoufit (Republic of Congo). Andrea Ngombet is a Congolese human rights activist and a prominent anti-corruption advocate. As Executive President of OCA, he spearheads the coalition’s vision and regional engagement. He founded the Sassoufit Collective, a civic movement challenging authoritarian rule in the Republic of Congo and promoting democratic change. Andrea brings bold leadership and a relentless commitment to justice.

Tutu Alicante – Treasurer
Founder & Executive Director, EG Justice (Equatorial Guinea). Tutu Alicante is a human rights lawyer from Equatorial Guinea and a staunch champion of transparency and accountability. As OCA’s Treasurer, he ensures integrity in the coalition’s financial governance and resource mobilization. Tutu founded EG Justice, an organization dedicated to exposing corruption and human rights abuses in Equatorial Guinea. He offers OCA robust legal insight and global advocacy experience.

Florindo Chivucute – Board Trustee
Founder & Executive Director, Friends of Angola (Angola). Florindo Chivucute is a leading Angolan democracy advocate and civil society organizer. As an OCA Trustee, he provides valuable regional insights and international connections, especially from the Lusophone African perspective. He founded Friends of Angola, a U.S.-based NGO that promotes transparency, good governance, and human rights in Angola. Florindo’s on-the-ground experience and networks strengthen OCA’s outreach and impact across borders.

Delphine Djiraïbé – Board Trustee
Senior Attorney, Public Interest Law Center (Chad). Delphine Djiraïbé is one of Chad’s foremost human rights lawyers with decades of experience in legal advocacy and transitional justice. As an OCA Trustee, she offers strong legal expertise and a deep understanding of civic struggles in francophone Africa. Delphine leads the Public Interest Law Center (PILC) in Chad, where she has spent years documenting corruption, monitoring development projects, and bringing perpetrators to court. Her legal acumen and principled stance guide OCA’s accountability efforts.

Paul-Joel Kamtchang – Board Trustee
Executive Secretary, ADISI-Cameroon (Cameroon). Paul-Joel Kamtchang is a Cameroonian investigative journalist and digital rights advocate. As an OCA Trustee, he plays a critical role in shaping the coalition’s policy focus and media strategy. He heads ADISI-Cameroon, a non-profit promoting media development, open data, and access to public information in Cameroon. Paul-Joel’s expertise in information transparency and his journalistic rigor help OCA in unearthing facts and disseminating stories that drive change.
